Pros

Grit sanding discs work great! They stay on the sander and you can't tell the difference between these and a more expensive brand. Used for sanding floors and stairs. They remove a lot of wood, almost as good as my 36 grit belt sander.

Cons

The grit falls off very easily and it is not as sharp. The grip is so poor and the pads leave lint in your hook and loop sanding pad. They stay on the sander for less than a minutes worth of use.
