I have problems with my sciatic joint and this pillow really helps to ease the pain. The lumbar support for the money does what it should however there could be a few improvements.

This pillow feels amazing and fits perfectly in my old manual recliner. It's comfortable too, just right in firmness! Although no need for strap in car.

This pillow is practically useless. They urge you not to return the product before contacting them after which they will provide you with the less firm inert. Ended up returning this and finding a better one at costco for $13.

The pillow is far too thick at the bottom. As soon as you apply a little pressure it pops apart. It's no different than putting a towel or something behind your back.

This is a small squishy pillow that provides no real lumbar support. No one's spine curvature is 3-4 deep. I have a bulging disc in my lower back and this pillow is too soft and too small.

Back support pillow is not easy to clip and unclip. The strap to hold it in place does nothing but fall off. In addition, the strap is secured to the pillow on both sides by hooks, not closed bindings.
