Pros
Quality of these sheets exceed my expectations. They are high-quality and the texture is exactly what i'm looking for with cotton percale. We just have one other set that we rotate with so these have gotten plenty of use.
They wash and dry great (with heat) and seem much less wrinkly than my first set. I make my bed nice every day, but i don’t care that they are wrinkled. They do wrinkle a little bit but not bad.
They're comfortable, durable, and easy to care for. They are cool enough to use during warm months but also great in the winter with a fluffy comforter on top.
I have a 4 gel foam topper and the fitted sheet fits! I also have an adjustable frame so the sheets really need to fit or they come off.
Cons
The only thing these have going for them is they aren’t sateen weave. They're so stiff and wrinkly! They're not even particularly soft either, kind of a light lilac color.

And there was an envelope on top that told me about the product which was great
Competitiveness
We bought these and a cheaper set of percale sheets that were very similar except they were 200thread count
We compared the two sidebyside and while the other sheets were half the price we decided on these fabdreams sheets

It is virtually wrinkle free if you put it straight onto the bed from the dryer
