There is an oft quoted section of alice in wonderland where the cheshire cat is asking alice where she wants to go, and she says she doesn't know. This book is an awesome source to keep things fresh when speaking of calisthenics. They love it.

Most of the exercises involve jumping and squatting. The book is pretty useless for me. I'm really bummed about it.

The book does kind of assume that we are at least passingly familiar with different bodyweight exercises as there are no indepth explanations of how to perform a pushup lunge plank etc
