After 2 minutes on hold i was told one was shipping out to me free and it went out the same

I actually received the first notice of a shipping delay in the form of a letter sent to us via ups

There was no mention of either types of latex in the box and packaging they only call it latex

Even if i ended up returning the tempurpedic

Competitiveness

I use a 1cm mattress pad on the top of this latex topper

I also love it that this is a usa company making their products here in the usa

I give this topper a 5star rating not only because of the comfort but also because this company stands behind their product

This was not the case for me when sleeping without a topper on an innerspring mattress
