Filter can of course be used for any solar photography. Works very well for infrared photography with an infrared-converted camera.
Cons
When it's marketed as 8x8, it should probably actually measure that. Completely pointless filters and total waste of money.
This material has a matte finish and makes blurry images, a lot like looking through frosted glass. They are foggy and hazy!
