One was cracked on delivery but a quick email to the supplier resulted in a very quick no quibble refund of the cost of one glass

I was a bit sceptical when i saw the package as it was all wonky and had clear sign of having being thrown around but the glasses was all whole maybe they should have been packed in bubble wrap to prevent any breakage i put them straight in to the dishwasher after reading other reviews saying they melted when being washed
