Pros

They adjust up higher than the standard vent. The knob is a little hard to move up and down. It has a very smooth operating damper that closes down all the way. Not flimsy at all.

This vent makes it so we don't have to use deflectors or reverse vents summer to winter. This is in the bathroom that is nearest the thermostat. Bought as replacements for old and painted-over-too-many-times originals to my 1949 home.
