Changed my review the color is working it is my printer head thats dirty once cleaned the color came out fine again

Me being stubborn and not accepting this as the only valid answer i then thought it could be due to clogged print heads since it had been so long since i last printed anything

I ran several nozzle checks and print head cleanings approximately 10 times each which wasted a lot of ink half of my brand new extra high capacity black 127 was now gone and still nothing

After all of that the reps suggestion was to purchase genuine epson cartridges which should help fix the problem

Afterwards i tried the paper towel method of using a 1 inch wide strip with drops of distilled water placed inside of the printing track to moisten and clean the heads manually
