Pros

It supports 1080p hd video and background music. The fact that it can accept 128gb micro sd is amazing! I was pleasantly surprised with how great the quality was!

Easily switches to pictures using the remote. One feature it does not have that i would have liked is some choice about displaying time and date. The only thing i could ask for from the next iteration is smart home integration.

The picture quality is fantastic. In addition, the packaging of this product is pretty and the design of the frame itself is exquisite.

Picture clarity and sharpness are far better than my last frame (a nix brand that was equal cost) the frame is big (10 inch), but it doesn't decrease its image quality. This product has terrific screen clarity and brightness.

Cons

When plugged back in there was nothing but colored lines and colored blotches. The screen have dead spots / clouds to the view. Even on highest setting can not see without lights off.
