Pros
Comes with plumber's tape so no need to buy any in addition. Easy install, comes with teflon tape. Makes showering easy for me.
The shower arm extension puts the shower head within reach. This permits use of the shower by a shorter person or one limited in arm movement.
Quality of product is topnotch! Worked as advertised. Customer service is exceptional. Would definitely recommend this product.
Cons
It has only 2 complete threads for shower head, so with a gasket. Completely useless. Would not tighten up right out of the box. A little more expensive, but no leaks like this poorly-designed item.

We installed a fancy handshower with a rain head that was less than useful as it was mounted directly to the top of the verical rail

This item was exactly what we needed and for a reasonable price
Best money i’ve spent on the house upgrades that i’ve done
My shower head was too high needed to lower it so had to also purchase a chrome plated coupling 15 and a chrome plated nipple 20
Looks expensive but is a great price

I was pleasantly surprised to find a small roll of plumbers tape teflon tape in the box
Nice its available in brushed nickel to match the rest of the shower cubicle components

It doesnt extend but by positioning it vertically horizontally or on an angle allows different heights

Builders are putting showers so high in the shower stalls that people of a certain height cant reach high enough to take the shower head down if on a hose to rinse off

But you will need to get the part that holds the shower head on this extension if you have a shower head on a hose
