The glass lid adds a lot to its usefulness for those breakfast taters. Medium heat is the best setting for it as high heat would burn the food. It's a little more expensive than some teflon pans, but this pan works well for nonstick cooking.

For the price and quality, it is worth the aggravation. They are that good! Super responsive customer service and ready to replace them if needed. The pan is of good quality.

Clean up is quick and easy with no scrubing or scouring. I hand wash with soap, but the paper towel shows how clean tanks stayed after making eggs in it. Liquid detergent to do it right.
