I only wish the handle was more comfortable to hold but i got a silicone protector and that does teh job

It functions and cleans up like an old school cast iron pan but with new school fabrication that makes this pan the star of our kitchen

For seared steaks or eggs i dont even need an oven mit throughput the entire cooking duration
