Pros
Light is great for telehealth calls. Stand is sturdy on carpet and hardwood. Phone holders aren't flimsy.
The controller works! Color settings from cool to warm are convenient. Easy to adjust the height and my phone fits snugly in the holder. The stand is long which is perfect & very easy for taking it around anywhere.
Cons
The light is so dim that it doesn't light up anything more than a few inches away. The lighting is great, but it stopped working after 3 months. The power button just makes the light flash once and then nothing.

Filming with the back camera and flash the ring light is good quality
The quality and everything are pretty good but the light keeps shutting off if i move the stand
In the end id choose the anbes if i needed a compact footprint for the tripod

Was nervous cuz the price is so affordable but this is amazing
It is really good for such a low price

The legs are not very sturdy and i will probably get another ring light to make up for the lack of brightness
