I have dumped the expensive flakey big brands the ipad air no sd card limited memory bad customer service fragile screen etc the amazon specific kindle fire narrow usage of amazine operating system no choice of browser etc the samsung note was nearly four times as expensive as an android device the battery has failed and samsung do not give update support for android etc

My experience buying computers from amazon i would recommend to buy from computer company which has its own website not from some back street trader they have no experience of the products theyre selling theyre not interested after 30 days or in customer service which i experience when i purchase lenove from one of amazon traders they didnt even respond to my email with my battery failed after 4 months the manufacturers has no record of my serial number most probably the trader bought a job lot from a foreign country had to bin my computer
