After about 30 rounds of 308 it seems to be holding pretty tight and i havent even put loctite or didnt even over tighten

You will have to attach the bipod to the adapter first because the connector pin moves too much to try to do it while it is attached to the rail

Its true what the other review say dont know why the attachment is free but once you put your bipod on leave it on

If you have more than one bipod and are wanting to change dont get this

I got it because it was really cheap and i could just leave one on each bipod and quick detach
