So far i have only used it once but i am very pleased with the quality and the appearance of this pot
Im assuming this is due to a lower quality of steel and is probably why this is so much cheaper than other professional grade pots
Compared with the pot i had been using this pot stays at a simmer on a very very low setting with the lid on
Not quite as good a quality as it is made out to be

Maybe it was dropped during shipping

I dont really mind that and i dont think i should expect perfection since this pot is so much cheaper that the competition
This is exactly what i had hoped it would be a highquality heavygauge stainlesssteel pot

Overall its solidly built though i do worry about the handles because they are not riveted but spotwelded to the sides
