Pros & Cons
Pros
Sticky footing is great, probably a bit better than my yogi toes for grip since i sweat a lot. The more you sweat the more it grips on to the mat. Great for when you’re sweating your whole body weight off, not so much when you're just doing slow flow ... Read More
The colours do not bleed, the towel is soft and not sticky when hot, it’s super absorbent and doesn’t budge on your mat. It works well, but is more slippery than the manduka yogitoes mat.
This towel is great for all types of hot yoga, especially bikram yoga which has a strong focus on balancing poses. My only complaint is that they don't have more fun colors! Their thoughtfulness and focus on community is unique, so a fan of the brand.... Read More
This is not the most absorbant towel out there, but it sure is the stickiest. It never smells bad and the stickiness has'stuck' despite all the use.
Cons
It grips the mat well, but the top side is horrible. There's a sweet spot where it has a great grip when slightly moist, but towards the beginning and end of class, i find myself slipping.
The shandlai gosweat hot yoga towel is so much better, and it’s cheaper so i recommend that one instead. It looks like a dirty rag. Spend your 20 bucks elsewhere.
Highlights
Quality
For leather seats this works well and keeps pet feet from sliding all over
The towel sticks so well to the mat it absorbs my sweat in hot yoga classes and its comfortable to use
I bought a supposedly nonslip yoga mat that ended up being the most slippery terrible yoga mat i have ever used
I use it for hot yoga and even when dry it’s not slippery
Price
I really did not want to spend the money on a more expensive mat like a lulu one so i decided to get this towel to see if it would work
Competitiveness
Compared to the manduka yogitoes i honestly prefer this one as it performs better when dry and even better when wet
