Pros

Mix and knead into a dough and shape into small capsule pills. Stays fresh and green looking in the resealable bag. Works great in a green smoothie. It dissolves well when i use a small liquid stirrer. Tbsp.

Vitamin c works as a laxative and provides relief from a cold or sore *. I add it to my yogurt and am now trying to learn other recipes to make it a more central part of my life.

Cons

The taste is completely off and it seems to have sand or dirt in it. Moringa tastes awful and i honestly do not see any improvements health wise. Go back to regular green tea, vitamins and exercise.
