Pros

This isn't the only thing i use for insomnia, it's the first thing i've added in years that seems to really help me achieve zzzs. Works better than some controlled anxiety medication for day-long anxiety/restlessness.

The capsules are vegetarian, allergen free, gmo free, and magnesium stearate free. No side effects for me.

L-theanine works beautifully to calm down. I deal with an autistic 4 year old and melt down as much as he does; l-theanine keeps me considerably calmer.

All superior labs supplements are third party certified, very high quality. This is the only company i trust %100. Have had goods results. Superior product and price point are superior.

Cons

Is this the norm when ordering this product? Not at all happy. This stuff is has no real impact for some reason. It totally defeats the onset of l-theanine and its therapeutic effects for me.
