Even if you feel you are already tight it doesnt compare to the strength the km gives you

Dont worry about the instructional dvd it provides very basic information like a boring infomercial and doesnt contain anything the pamphlet wouldnt tell you

When using the km you must definitely use lubricant and use proper lubricant nothing like water or saliva its not enough

You shouldnt have any problems using it so long as you are relaxed when using it lubricating the km properly and close and screw it shut completely before you put it inside you and push it closed before you remove it

I was kinda afraid to pay all that money on this device after reading all the reviews where people were calling it cheap
