These are a good value for the quality and quantity that you receive. Claims to boost your immune system and with cold season coming that’s another win.
The capsules are easy to *, no aftertaste. The bottle is sealed and fresh dated and receive 90 capsules with dose at 1 capsule.
It works great as a digestive helper! Since having my gallbladder removed, it’s difficult for me to digest fats and fiber.

I would get the feeling that everything just was not digesting well stomach would feel upset but not where i felt like i was going to throw up just did not feel right

I would take crystallized ginger which helps some but did not like the taste

If you have very specific known problems like a histamine intolerance this isnt right for you although it certainly wouldnt hurt

It has no diamine oxidase dao to break down histamine

You may also need a higher lactase if you are very sensitive to lactose

I have not had much help from lipase in this product for fat digestion and instead have better luck with oxbile products cant be vegetarian and a product call iberogast true miracle for me for all digestive issues
