The only negative i experienced with this product was that it will still slowly emit the chemical for about 5 to 10 minutes after you stop using it so be conscious of the temporary small drip

Acetone seems to be the only way to get it off of skin so i would suggest wearing gloves

I tried all sorts of recommended treatments including steel wool with expanding foam but the mice chewed through that and were back in the house

I also purchased poison and put that in the holes before filling it with steel wool this foam

It is kind of hard to work with as it just wants to fall strait down as it comes out of the can

I was trying to seal up gaps between my roof and the walls it sits on from the outside of the cabin and much of the stuff was falling out of the holes and landing on the ground
