For those who are freaking out because your cool pack wasnt cool the only ingredient ive seen that could even remotely be considered as requiring refrigeration is ghee and guess what it doesnt require it at all

Ive eaten three flavors of my 12bar pack so far and even the ones that didnt sound like theyd be favorites are something id eat every day

Theyre expensive and a bit hard to unwrap but considering that i eat them not just ungrudgingly the best ive ever done with bars of this sort in the past but ravenously thats ok

My only wish is that they make nonwhey version as i am trying to stay away from diary their protein has no lactose or casein but im trying to stay completely off diary
