Pros

The tablets are easy to * and not too big. Easy to * bc they are capsules which i definitely prefer.

Vitamin c, echinacea, golden seal, garlic and spirulina are great for immunity. Haven't gotten sick in months and months.

Cons

For some reason these vitamins give me heartburn. Every time i try to take it i gag and throw it up. Seems to be others that experienced a severe allergic reaction.
