Pros

After only a couple uses people were complimenting my shine. It’s for 1. It was reasonably priced.

Heating the sauna up is a breeze with a touch of a button. It takes a while to heat up to 140 f (30-45 minutes or so) sometimes the interior temperature goes up to 141. It heats up to 120f even when kept in an environment that gets down to 60f.

This sauna is great, very relaxing. It gives me an excuse to spend a few minutes just relaxing and believing i am doing something good for my body. As of writing, the sauna continues to serve me faithfully.

We are a big fan of saunas, and previously were using the portable, funny-looking foldable ones where your head pokes out at the top and there are zippered areas to free your hands. This comes with a small magazine rack and a cup holder.

Cons

This sauna has a serious design flaw in the floor. The company and their so-called warranty is nothing but a scam. I wish amazon would reach out to me regarding this as i have tried contacting them about it, and it seems very difficult to contact amaz... Read More

Great price for this and very happy i made the purchase

It was reasonably priced it looks good in my bedroom and suits me

This product is low price for the consumer so costs had to be cut somewhere

Shipping

Wanted to add product arrived on time as scheduled and i put it together by myself within an hour

This was something first noticed upon delivery but was easily remedied

Packaging/appearance

It came in 3 boxes on a pallet

Im guessing it was exposed to something prior to delivery and that ruined whatever finish or enamel present to protect it

Theres a lot of packing materials styrofoam etc so be prepared to fill up about 4 trash bags not including the cardboard

We had to open the packages and bring it up there by hand carefully piece by piece because there is quite a bit of glass to contend with

Competitiveness

While those are convenient and economical they still don’t compare to a sitdown sauna in my opinion
