Pros
These are available thru cml manufacturing and fit into a dremel 1/8 collet. Water or oil for coolant and light pressure. Only gripe is the range of drill life, from half a dozen holes to a hundred per bit.
They are very good for drilling small holes for making earrings. Works fine, drills holes in stained glass just fine.

The micro collets are 4way clamps so centering the bits is very tedious

Other bits are cheaper but they are slow cutters to start with and will not last through a single hole
