The instructions are terrible! In order to return it, i either have to drive 20 miles to the nearest ups drop point/store or pay $7.

These are tan and teal but the cool thing is that depending on the light, the teal changes to purple. The faux snakeskin is very pretty and very realistic. A little pricey for my budget, but worth it.

They take a few full days of wear to mold to your form, but they fit me like a glove now. I read reviews that suggested sizing up a little, so ordered 1/2 size bigger cause 9's are sometimes tight on me. Ordered the copper colored ones in a 7.

Because of the texture, these are quite subdued. They are ridiculously comfortable for heels. The mid-height heel is great for me because i'm already tall.

Overall these are the most comfy pumps i have ever owned. These gorgeous classic pumps are elegant, *, and very comfortable. An elegant and comfortable pump.

Love the stiletto heel and timeless look of this shoe. The shoes are very nice and comfy.

It is too late to get a refund. For them to last less than 2 months is truly disappointing. Will not be buying from this brand again.
