These cord organizers work exactly as advertised. Omg these are fabulous. This works prefect.

Adhesive is great. There is an odor when you peel off the backing, but i assume that is the glue and once you stick it onto a surface the odor is gone. They attach to your appliance and it keeps the cord secured and in place.
