There’s no way they’d be water proof. They’re nothing but small thin soft peices of material.

This blanket is silky and light, and works like magic to keep me cool at night. The material feels sleek/smooth. It is lightweight and i will probably use this as my winter blanket.

The cooling part works but be prepared for this blanket to look and feel absolutely hideous in about 2 months. I have an oscillating fan, but it doesn't make much of a difference. Not a cooling blanket for night sweats at all.
