When locked it is firm, when unlocked it's a breeze to move on concrete floor. They are great and roll along just fine on the smooth concrete inside and on the brushed rough concrete in the driveway. Esta muy bueno.

All wheels rotate and lock regardless of a previous post that said only two would rotate. Easy to install and love the wheels move very smooth. Dual locking mechanism ensures that the wheels stay in place.

Pleasantly surprised with their workmanship and durability. They perform flawlessly. Includes both bolt-on & screw-on hardware.

First of all the shipping was lightning fast. Now both cabinets have 4 casters that match. Having a full set of casters on these tool cabinets is a real luxury.

For the handyman, these are great. They are absolutely perfect for occasionally moving work bench around. If you go the hex cap screw route, washers that fit would be nice.

The product is faulty. Makes the mounting difficult.
