Just began taking it yesterday. Chase this with juice lol. I always add a little lime juice so it isn’t so bland. It smells like fresh cut grass and has a earthy taste.
This is commonly called, the building block to life. I feel like it helps, but it’s not a miracle worker.
If you are into ojibwa tea this is probably the best you will find in liquid form. Great in a little orange juice.
