Backgammon is a fun game which is also surprisingly difficult to master. Finished surfaces throughout are smooth to the touch. All corners line up nicely. The playing area is smooth and nicely designed.

Board closes nicely on brass hinges. Magnets help keep the case closed. Some are slightly taller, also the round/circle shapes are not perfect, but they work as intended.

Wooden checkers and dice are extremely high quality. Wood grain gives just enough texture to make them easy to grip and pick up.

The game is gorgeous in terms of build quality. It has great craftsmanship. It's a very nice case and the workmanship is beautiful. If you want something that feels a little more hand-crafted and a little less factory feel, then great!

Have to say i was pleasantly surprised at how nice this game set looks. This set is really beautiful - the kind that you always see open on a table in high-end decorating photos. This woodronic backgammon set is top notch.

The playing surface looks to be a printed vinyl/pvc material. The checkers are wood, but that's all. It's embarrassing because i bought this as a gift and had it shipped directly to the recipient - thinking i was sending a nice classy gift.

Xmas gift for a family member. Good for travel. Grandson and i have marathon games of cribbage and he loved it. Bought for wife and grandkids to play.

This cribbage board conveniently stores the cards and pegs. The pegs and the cards fit securely into the board, making it easy to travel with. Liked the under storage area with card pack and pins.

I like the weighty metal pegs even though the brass turned color a bit. The light color board makes it easy to see the holes, & that is the reason i selected it.

The peg holes are very inconsistent in depth. Some holes are bottomless and only the collar on the pegs keeps them from falling through. It interferes with the tactile feel of a nice wooden board and metal pegs.

It almost seems like the hinges are mismatched. Also, the clasp came damaged. It seems as though the measurements as it is impossible to completely clasp it shut.

This set is a meh for me. The printing is off, looks like it was double stamped so much of it appears blurry. Some of the paint on the lettering was chipped off and unfinished looking.
