These are good-quality and well-made massager roller sticks. Sticks work great for rolling and trigger point massages. Each have their advantages and disadvantages.
The quality of the wood is decent. It is well finished and coated for water-resistance. The lacquered wood is smooth, with no imperfections, and rolls nicely.

The rumble roller is greats. I place them spiky end up on the ground and roll back and forth on them. They are nice and stable but the spiky protrusions aren't as big as the ones on the beastie.
The base helps target even deeper trigger points. It also feels great on the trigger point i get on the inside edge of my scapula.
