The shrug has one closure, a button and loop, at the bottom of the neck. This shrug is terrific for wearing over a sleeveless top. It's such a versatile top that it can be worn casually or formally.

The sheer fabric also makes for a more flattering ruffle since it has less bulk than a cotton blend. It is cute and a nice piece to wear over sleeveless dresses and tops in warmer weather.

I'm usually an xl in tops, but something told me to order an xxl. Makes any sleeveless shirt/dress look professional. Can also be worn over another top for warmth or for occasions where your navel must be covered.
