It's basically my chalk substitute because chalk evaporates mid use. It is super adhesive even in this 100 plus degree humid weather. It works very well and is grippy and lasts the whole workout.

The tape is sticky and stretchy enough, but it disintegrates under high rep movements. It is thin and not durable. It leaves a lot of sticky residue on the nails and in the barbell.

Were supposed to be programmable for my safe. Didnt do anything. Keysy sticker does but they are pricey for the quality build. Unable to program with rfid cloner.
