It's basically my chalk substitute because chalk evaporates mid use. It is super adhesive even in this 100 plus degree humid weather. It works very well and is grippy and lasts the whole workout.

The tape is sticky and stretchy enough, but it disintegrates under high rep movements. It is thin and not durable. It leaves a lot of sticky residue on the nails and in the barbell.

This thing is fantastic. Worth every penny. Works well but comes with some sticky film all over the item.

It’s a little flimsy quality. The extensions seem like a good idea, but are short pieces to save space and connect by a standard pressure washer fitting. Neither attachments plug connect to my nozzle.
