It's basically my chalk substitute because chalk evaporates mid use. It is super adhesive even in this 100 plus degree humid weather. It works very well and is grippy and lasts the whole workout.

The tape is sticky and stretchy enough, but it disintegrates under high rep movements. It is thin and not durable. It leaves a lot of sticky residue on the nails and in the barbell.

Cables are longer than oem, but thinner. It’s super quiet, flexible and full of electricity when plugged in.

One pin quit working in august. Cheap enough to treat as disposable, but probably worth some additional money to buy the garmin branded product.
