It's basically my chalk substitute because chalk evaporates mid use. It is super adhesive even in this 100 plus degree humid weather. It works very well and is grippy and lasts the whole workout.

The tape is sticky and stretchy enough, but it disintegrates under high rep movements. It is thin and not durable. It leaves a lot of sticky residue on the nails and in the barbell.

This kit does a great job fulfilling that need. The kit is also easy to restock. Nice and solid pac.

Great product. It is always within my reach. Got it in yesterday. Highly recommend. The year is 2022. An excellent product.
