It's basically my chalk substitute because chalk evaporates mid use. It is super adhesive even in this 100 plus degree humid weather. It works very well and is grippy and lasts the whole workout.

The tape is sticky and stretchy enough, but it disintegrates under high rep movements. It is thin and not durable. It leaves a lot of sticky residue on the nails and in the barbell.

Batteries come with some sort of charger. I charge one and it lasts longer than the batteries they sent. Comes with a dual usb>micro usb so you can charge both batteries off of one usb port.

Vif you need a rechargeable battery for high end components this is not for you. Less duration than a normal 9 volt battery. Dead on arrival.
