It's basically my chalk substitute because chalk evaporates mid use. It is super adhesive even in this 100 plus degree humid weather. It works very well and is grippy and lasts the whole workout.

The tape is sticky and stretchy enough, but it disintegrates under high rep movements. It is thin and not durable. It leaves a lot of sticky residue on the nails and in the barbell.

The mold around the seat railings also gives the interior a more finished and streamlined look. The kick plate in the back also improves the look and protects the carpet from getting warn down over time. We're hopeful this keeps things cleaner/neater,...  Read More
