It's basically my chalk substitute because chalk evaporates mid use. It is super adhesive even in this 100 plus degree humid weather. It works very well and is grippy and lasts the whole workout.

The tape is sticky and stretchy enough, but it disintegrates under high rep movements. It is thin and not durable. It leaves a lot of sticky residue on the nails and in the barbell.

The leg straps are simple, feel well made, and latch on well. The only caveat is the back is not solid like the original. The joy-con stays in place nicely and the velcro on the adjustable strap is strong so it doesn't slip.

If you're trying to order a pair of straps for your ankles look for another seller. They seem to be made well, but they just couldnt stand up to use.
