Blanket works amazing for someone who sleeps very warm. It has also been used to help cool someone down from over heating. My gf's body is always hot but it kept her cool all the time.
My man's a hot sleeper, i'm talking sweating sticking to me, we use separate blankets type stuff. I highly recommend it for anyone that is hot natured or cannot get through a night without waking up sweating.
It is cool to the touch, it feels like it's damp. If i find myself hot in the middle of the night i take it off and wait a minute then put it back on and the coolness has magically reappeared.
