The clips/wraps themselves are okay, if you're trying to wrap thicker cords its not that great (like kitchenaid mixers) after wrapping the cord they come off. Some immediately, others a few hrs later.

Overall, disappointed and will try to return. They're a waste of money. Very, very disappointed. Do not recommend.

The adhesion is minimal.

I'm not the brightest crayon in the pack, but even i could figure it out. I use the one that came with my fit bit for around the house & exercising. Also, it’s very easy the adjust and find the perfect fit for your wrist!

With short sleeves the watch just falls on the floor. It feels like the band is locked into the watch but randomly disconnects. It's just disappointing.
