Pros and Cons

Pros5

The hexagonal grid is a really good non-stick surface and cleans up very easily. It works great and just needs brillo to clean it.

Glass, stainless steel-rimmed lid with a steam vent and secure, robust handle. Strong stay-cool, hollow stainless steel ergonomic handles are connected with stainless steel rivets. Lid has a steam hole to stop overflows.

It really behooves the chef to have a truly great stock pot within which to prepare it. It also makes it duel purpose for letting water out of cooked noodles.

Heating is quick and controllable. It heats well and evenly. Maintaining of temperature is so important during those long, slow and low simmering.

An all-clad stock pot is a dream. I appreciate the markings on the inside telling me how many quarts. An 8 quart stock pot isn't as tall as i thought it would be but it holds plenty of soup!

Pros3

Heats quickly and evenly. They cook so even, we find we don't have to run the cooktop as hot. It will outlast all my other cookware.

The non-stick surface allows for a less amount of fats to cook in. I make my own ghee and use a stainless steel pot because i have to scrap the fat and cholesterol that sticks to the bottom of the pot. Can use any utensil.

Sturdy, heavy stainless steel, non stick without a coating. Handle is sturdy and cool and won't burn you but it could be more ergonomic. Only slight issue is h=thye a little on the heavy side.

Cons1

Go ceramic or get the ninja non stick set. While the product seems great i find the nonstick to stick. I m not sure how to claim and let them know they are falsely advertising.
