The blanket has a fleece like side and a faux mink texture side. I appreciate the sherpa texture on one side, which means it won't slip and slide all over the bed with the soft microfiber side.

I have a bad back and repacking & shipping is to much for me. I appreciate the company offering me a refund.

There is enough cloth to fit the bed yet heating wires are 34 inches wide. Unheated inches on either side of the mattress top. The remote lights up when you first turn it on, then goes off once the temperature has been chosen.

The preheat is fast and hot. It heats up quickly and gets very hot. Everything is toasty when i'm done reading in bed.

The sherpa lining is not as heavy as i thought it would be. The color is pretty, and would match any decor. One irritant is that it doesn't want to play well with the other plush blankets. I'll swap blankets in the summer.

Only one side of the blanket warms completely. After an hour, it's lukewarm. It doesn't heat evenly at all.

Amazon doesn't honor it as a valid vendor. The warranty is totally phony.
