Was looking for a camera strap for a photography class. The strap itself is good quality, and the pin it comes with was a very nice surprise.
It goes snugly around the neck, or opened out a little and over the shoulder as a cross body strap. Easy to pop off with a flat head screwdriver. If you need to take off the strap, there are clips to make it easy to put back on.
The answer is to shove a bight of the thread through the eyelet and then do a girth hitch.

The increased price is well worth the extra expenditure. With smaller cameras, as in the videos, it works as advertised.
Solved my problem with lugging 6+ pounds of camera off balance on a sore shoulder. Check its tightness frequently. No shoulder burn, no nervousness of “bumping’ my hip. Lbs of gear strung round it!
Full chested, average size torso tall woman. It is easily adjusted to an individual. I need a vest like this because it allows me to carry 2 camera bodies with lenses, and do more shooting without switching lenses back and forth.
The second strap that tethers to your camera is a good feature in some circumstances, say, if you were rock scrambling a lot on a mountain hike. The only thing i would change is the length of the right strap.
