I have this behind my recliner and it is very convenient. Housing is a bit flimsy, but as long as you don't beat on it, that's not a problem.

This device is intended to be used with a duplex outlet. We frequently have guests that need a place to plug in a laptop, tablet or cell phone. This is inside my closet for all of my internet and cable service.

One major flaw- the center hole is supposed to attach through the wall plate with a provided screw. It seems they are misaligned or something. No doubt a defective surge protector, it should not be sold.

It is too hard to plug into. The usb port has a very loose fit and cables will detach on their own too easily. Plugged into the wall, then pulled it out.

The cord is a little long for traveling, but it's such a good size and number of sockets/outlets, and not heavy. Works very well to help organize outlets and nice to have the usb charging integration which avoids a bunch of transformers for your devic...  Read More
