It fastens with velcro and a plastic clip. We live in close proximity to coyotes.

The l fits more like a m at best, and the xl is just gigantic. The plastic clips seem cheap and i feel like my frenchie could break them while pulling. Do not recommend for small dog.

The material is comfortable and it seems pretty durable. My dog is a lil escape artist. They are very durable as well.

Velcro + clasp makes fastening the harness feel very secure. The only thing i can say is that the rings on top and clasp make a clanking noise, but it doesn't seem to bother her. The generous cutouts for the legs give her full freedom of movement.

Easy on and off and the orange is perfectly vibrant for nighttime visibility. It's soft and i assume comfortable because if it wasn't she would let me know. I like how easy it is to put on and take off. It fits well both over and under clothes.

The leash has cushion on the handle that helps me and my pup. Leash training is much easier with this.
