Coupler to the bidet leaked from the seam right above. Leaked after installing, even used plumbers tape. Shouldn't have to repair a brand new item. Just the unit itself is the issue.

Cannot recommend this product now, and i've been hosed for $25. There are good bidet options this is not one of them. Highly recommend not to buy. Do not buy this on amazon.

The nozzle angle is not adjustable and the water sprays too far toward the front of the small bowls. Had to toss it in the garbage and reordered a different brand.
